Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment must be received in full before goods or services are supplied. 

Shipping and Delivery

We offer flat-rate standard and express delivery options within Australia. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier delays or external factors.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for products that are faulty or not as described. We offer exchanges for change of mind in certain circumstances, to find out more please see our “Return and Exchange Policy.”

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
